Isonzo is a first-person shooter developed by BlackMill Games and published by Focus Entertainment. It focuses on team-based multiplayer gameplay, set against the backdrop of the Italian Front during World War I. It was released on September 13, 2022, for Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. The game draws its inspiration from the historical Battles of the Isonzo, which occurred between 1915 and 1917. Players can expect to find authentic World War I weaponry, historically accurate uniforms and equipment, as well as detailed injury and gore systems. The maps are based on actual battlefields from the Southern Front.
