While the PC version of RDR 2 offers a better visual upgrade and performance over the PS4 and Xbox One version, it is still not ideal. There were a lot of issues with the game during its launch week mostly with the crashes that forced people to lose progress or quit the game. It was also quite demanding and couldn’t handle 4K and 60 FPS on the best GPU available in the market.

Rockstar Games has now issued an update on the situation surrounding the Red Dead Redemption 2 launch on PC. They have confirmed that an update will be dropped today that fixes the stuttering issue faced by players on Nvidia GPU cards and certain CPUs. Some other fixes are also confirmed to be a part of this new update that will be available for PC users.
