How To Unlock Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice Easy Mode On PC

Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice easy mode can be unlocked on PC through a mod that has to be downloaded first. You can download this mod from the Nexus Mods website, or through GitHub.

So how does this easy mode work in the game? It is quite simple. What it does is that it can slow down the movement of the enemies but keeps your speed the same, which means you are technically faster and thus can do more damage to them in a shorter amount of time. It is more of an exploit than a full-fledged Easy Mode but if you are having issues with the game, this can be a good way to make your way through it while enjoying it.
