The Last of Us Part 2 is getting a new announcement at the upcoming State of Play and now we have the actual release date for the game if this retailer leak is true.
The release date for The Last of Us Part 2 was leaked by Swiss Retailer, Softridge, which has listed the game for February 28, 2020.

The packaging for the special edition and collector’s edition was also leaked but the artwork is not final. It might change in the lead up to the launch.
Given that we already knew there were will different retail editions, this could add more credibility to this rumored release date.

Sony has scheduled a new State of Play event for September 24 which will reveal new information on The Last of Us Part 2. February release date has been hinted by multiple sources including the voice actress for Ellie, Ashley Johnson.
