Sega has confirmed the resolution and frame rate of Yakuza: Like a Dragon for Xbox Series S and Series X in a new stream that was held today.
Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be a launch next-generation console exclusive for the Xbox Series X. It will be released on March 2, 2020, for the PS5 and offered as a free upgrade from PS4 to PS5. However, it will be only playable on Xbox Series X at launch and PS5 users have to play it without any enhancements.

In a live stream that was held to showcase roughly 2 hours of the game, Sega Atlus’ Zack Reese confirmed the resolution and frame rate of Yakuza: Like a Dragon on both Xbox Series S and X.
During the stream, around 1 hour and 48 minutes mark, Zack Reese answered some questions in the chat of the live stream which can be seen on Twitch. First of all, he confirmed that Yakuza: Like a Dragon will run at 4K at 30 FPS and 1440p at 60 FPS on the Xbox Series X.

Later in the stream, he also confirmed the resolution and frame rate of the Xbox Series S. There are two modes supported for Yakuza: Like a Dragon. One is the high frame-rate mode that runs at 60 FPS while the other is the resolution mode. In the case of the Xbox Series S, the resolution mode will run at 1440p at 30 FPS while the high frame-rate mode which targets 60 FPS will run at 900p at 60 FPS.
Yakuza: Like a Dragon will be out on November 10, 2020, for the PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. It will be released on March 2, 2020, for the PS5.
