Control Ultimate Edition Has Over 200 Videos and Text Guides For Game Help On PS5

Remedy Entertainment’s Thomas Puha has talked about the Game Help available on PS5 OS for Control confirming there are 200 Videos and Text Guides available on it.

PS5 OS has a native future allowing the developers to integrate text and video guides to perform actions in the game. This was first seen in the PS5 UI Walkthrough by Sony before the launch of the console. While it is available for every developer, not everyone is going to use it in their game.

In the case of Control, which has just launched for PlayStation Plus, Remedy Entertainment has spent a lot of time with the PS5 version and it doesn’t appear as a port. First of all, there is a further compression available to the native PlayStation 5 version that shrinks its file size.

Additionally, the Game Help portion on PS5 has over 200 videos and text guides that can be used to perform the various trophies or objectives that the players feel clueless to clear in the game.

Here is an example of the in-game help that is accessible on the PlayStation 5. This was shown by Thomas Puha, Communication Director at Remedy Entertainment, who also dropped the number that there are 200 such video and text guides accessible directly in the game, thus reducing the need to scour the internet for help and guides.

So as we can see in the video, this is easily accessible in the game and for a game like Control where there are some tricky situations that are hard to figure out, this can be a giant timesaver that will come in handy for sure.

If you haven’t played Control, the game is available as part of the PlayStation Plus subscription for both PS4 and PS5. In the Ultimate Edition, you can also enjoy all of the post-launch DLC in addition to the benefits like ray-tracing and 60 FPS on the PlayStation 5.
