Days Gone Survival Difficulty Explained, Releasing This June With Free Update

Sony Bend Studio has confirmed a free DLC for Days Gone with the Survival Difficulty which is out later this June. It is separate from the difficulty modes that are available at the launch of the game.

Days Gone Survival Difficulty will be the true test of the players who have already finished the game. It is being planned as a free DLC to launch in June and there were weekly new challenges as well.

What Is Included In Days Gone Survival Difficulty?

Here are some of the details on this new difficulty mode. It will be released as a free Days Gone update later in June as confirmed by Sony Bend Studio.

  • Increased difficulty settings
  • No Fast Travel
  • No Survival Vision
  • Immersive HUD that removes maps and indicators

This is not it. The weekly challenges that will be released for the game are classified into a new Bike, Horde, or Combat challenge. These challenges will take the gameplay design and twist it to present them with a new way to the players. It will lead to additional rewards getting unlocked that can be used in the game.

If you take the time to go through the survival mode, you will unlock new trophies and new bike skins as a reward. You can enjoy Days Gone once it is out on April 26, 2019, exclusively for the PS4.
