Detective Pikachu brings a talking Pikachu Pokémon on the big screen. The voice behind Pikachu is no other than Ryan Reynolds and the movie seems to be full of a star-studded cast. The main lead is Justice Smith who has previously worked in blockbusters like Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.
Warner Bros. Entertainment released the first trailer of Detective Pikachu last year and it ended up getting a lot of attention. They are used in fights and have their own tournaments organized around it.
The second trailer for Detective Pikachu is quite short compared to the first one. It does reveal a new type of Pokémon Lickitung, who looks horrific. The trailer itself attempts to play out the humor and largely succeeds thanks to how cute Pikachu looks in the movie.
