Square Enix has shared new details about the highly anticipated PC release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, confirming its launch date of January 23, 2025. Alongside this announcement, the company has revealed that the game is Steam Deck Verified, ensuring fans can enjoy the critically acclaimed RPG on the go.
The PC version promises optimized graphics, high frame rates, and expanded control options, making it a definitive experience for fans of the franchise. The PC edition will support frame rates of up to 120FPS, enhanced visuals with refined lighting, improved textures, and detailed environments. For players with compatible hardware, features such as NVIDIA DLSS and Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) are included, offering smoother gameplay and improved image quality. Customizable graphics settings and three preset options cater to a variety of PC setups, allowing players to optimize their experience. Additionally, the game supports both DualSense controllers and fully customizable keyboard and mouse inputs.
Preorder Bonuses and Editions
Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is available for preorder on Steam and the Epic Games Store, with discounts of up to 30 percent for a limited time. Preorders include exclusive in-game items such as the “Moogle Trio” summoning materia, Shinra Bangle Mk. II, and Midgar Bangle Mk. II.
