Here are the games that will be leaving Microsoft’s premium game subscription service, Xbox Game Pass, by the end of April, 2023.
The Xbox Game Pass app as well as the Xbox Store page have been updated to indicate the first batch of games in the Game Pass catalog that will be making their exit from the service by the end of this month. Microsoft will be removing a total of 5 games for the Xbox Game Pass catalog by April 30, 2023. These games include Tetris Effect: Connected, Bugsnax, Destroy All Humans!, Dragon Quest Builders 2, and more.

One of the prominent games leaving Xbox Game Pass by April 30, 2023 is Tetris Effect: Connected, a block-dropping arcade-styled puzzle video game developed by Japanese studios Monstars and Resonair and published by Enhance Games. On November 9, 2018, the game was made available worldwide exclusively for the PlayStation 4, and it included PlayStation VR support. On July 23, 2019, the Microsoft Windows version was released with Oculus Rift and HTC Vive support.
On May 14, 2020, a version for the Meta Quest standalone VR headset was released. On July 23, 2020, during the Xbox Games Showcase, an enhanced version of the game, called Tetris Effect: Connected, was revealed for the Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows 10, and was made available on November 10, 2020. In August 2021, the expansion became available for PlayStation. The game was subsequently also released for the Nintendo Switch and Amazon Luna. On February 22, 2023, a PlayStation 5 version with PlayStation VR2 support was released, with a paid upgrade path for those who own a PS4 copy of the game.
