Rockstar Games has released GTA 5 Title Update 1.73 across PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and both Enhanced and Legacy versions on PC. The update introduces the new Kortz Center Heist, seven new vehicles, expanded Creator tools, and a long list of gameplay improvements.
Beyond the new content, the update delivers extensive bug fixes across GTA Online, covering missions, properties, vehicles, matchmaking, networking, and overall game stability. Players can also expect several economy adjustments and quality-of-life improvements.

The Kortz Center Heist
- Added the new Kortz Center Heist to GTA Online.
- Players can purchase an Art Studio for owned Mansions through the Prix Luxury Real Estate website.
- Art Studios unlock access to the new Heist.
- Complete Prep Missions before tackling the Finale.
- Steal artwork from the Kortz Center to sell for profit or display inside owned Mansions.
- Launch Prep Missions from the Planning Board or by calling Raf De Angelis in Freemode.
- Supports one to four players.

- Players can now enter owned Mansions using requested Luxury Vehicles.
Creator Updates
- Added many previously unavailable vehicles for races and placement.
- Expanded the fixture removal tool with additional objects.
Mission Creator
- Added a new example mission showcasing new Creator features.
- Added new interiors and world features on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and GTAV Enhanced.
- Added Warp Points.
- Added new props, interactables, animations, outfits, actors, objectives, CCTV cameras, cutscene tools, mission flags, mission score options, inventory swaps, weather controls, vehicle behaviours, testing improvements, and numerous workflow enhancements.
- Increased mission flexibility with expanded placement, scripting, and objective options.
- Increased the cutscene limit from three to five.
- Added support for nominating up to 16 player-created jobs for the Next Job voting screen.

- Added weekly completion bonuses for several Contact Missions and Heists.
