Hellblade 2 Pre-Load Is Now Available, Download Size Revealed
The pre-load for Xbox Game Studios and Ninja Theory’s upcoming action adventure game, Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2, is now available, and the download size has been revealed.
The Xbox Series X|S versions of Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2 are now available for pre-load, and, as a result, the game’s download size has been revealed. The action adventure game will take up a decent amount of storage space on console. Those with limited available space on the internal storage drive are advised to make room in advance. It goes without saying that storage expansion options are available on Microsoft’s current-gen platforms for those who need them.

Those who have pre-ordered a digital copy of Hellblade 2 or are subscribed to Xbox Game Pass can pre-load the game on Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S starting today, on May 15, 2024. PC owners will have to wait a while longer, however. The digital pre-load should come with the latest update pre-installed, although a day one update may be rolled out closer to Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2’s launch. It’s worth mentioning that there the game will not receive a physical release, therefore all pre-installs are digital.
Previously, it was revealed via Insider Gaming’s Tom Henderson that the press has yet to receive review codes for Senua’s Saga: Hellblade 2. Usually, game reviewers receive codes 2 to 3 weeks in advance, with reviews ready for publishing either on launch days or a few days prior. However, in the case of Ninja Theory’s upcoming release, we are less than a week away from release on May 21, 2024. Should things remain as they are, we may not get to hear the verdict of the press on the game’s release day. Henderson mentioned that he will provide an update once he has further information on the matter.
