Respawn Is Working On a New IP In Addition To Jedi Fallen Order Sequel and Apex Legends
Respawn Entertainment appears to have a lot on their hands as they are busy with plenty of upcoming projects including a sequel to Jedi Fallen Order.
Respawn Entertainment rose to fame with the launch of TitanFall in the last generation but they made their way due to the critical acclaim that their games received throughout the generation. Their latest release, Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond might have received mixed reception but aside from that, almost every other game has been a critical success.

Respawn Entertainment has now increased its development team and is apparently working on multiple projects with two different offices. One of these is situated in Vancouver and it is focused on Apex Legends while the other one, which is located in L.A, is working on a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order, and recently developed the Medal of Honor: Above and Beyond VR game for Oculus.
Game Journalist Jason Schreier, who is known to have sources inside the industry already confirmed at the end of last year that a sequel to Jedi: Fallen Order was greenlit before the game was even released, and it is already in development.
This brings us to their current job openings for their main office in L.A. They are hiring for a Generalist Software Engineer to join their New IP Incubation Team. “We are looking for a full-time Generalist Software Engineer to join a small new team being formed to develop a brand new IP.”
While Respawn Entertainment might not be working on a brand new TitanFall, they do have plenty on their platter and if this new IP manages to pass its incubation period, we might be able to see it reveal in the near future as well.
