Rise of the Ronin update 1.09.0.1 is out now on Steam. This is the first major post-launch update for the PC version.

Koei Tecmo and Team Ninja have released a new update for Rise of the Ronin on Steam, addressing performance optimizations and bug fixes. The update includes changes to graphics presets, adjustments to FPS settings, and fixes for various technical issues such as crashes and stuttering.   • Fixed a crash that could occur when interacting with the Veiled Edge Banner under specific conditions.
  • Resolved a bug where pressing directional keys while receiving “Midnight” rewards in Testament of the Soul could result in players being trapped in the menu.
  • Fixed an issue where repeatedly selecting “OPTIONS” at the title screen would disable further input.

Rise of the Ronin is an action RPG developed by Team Ninja, known for its deep combat mechanics and historical setting. Set during Japan’s Bakumatsu period, the game offers a mix of swordplay, exploration, and decision-based storytelling.
