A new leak for Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed Hexe has allegedly revealed details on the game’s editions, pricing, pre-order bonus, and DLC.

Known Ubisoft insider AgaiinTx took to Twitter/X to share new details on Assassin’s Creed Hexe, including its editions, pricing, pre-order bonus, DLC, and gameplay features. According to them, the game will launch in Standard, Deluxe, and Collector’s Editions, priced at 69.99, 89.99, and 119.99 US Dollars, respectively. Tbose who pre-order will allegedly receive an exclusive bonus quest. Additional post-launch content is said to include an expansion pack and booster packs.

The leaker described Assassin’s Creed Hexe as a PEGI 18-rated, story-driven entry set during the German Witch Trials. Players will allegedly assume the role of Anika, a young woman caught in a dark historical conspiracy. The world is said to feature three interconnected regions that include dense forests, villages, towns, rivers, and outposts. While the map is claimed to be large, the game’s design seems to follow a more linear progression than in recent entries.

Other alleged features include improved environmental audio, suspicious NPC behavior toward outsiders like Anika, dense fog that limits visibility, and more fluid movement reminiscent of the series’ earlier titles. The insider also mentioned that the currently listed June, 2027 release window is likely a temporary placeholder and could change before Ubisoft makes an official announcement.

The leaker also claimed that Assassin’s Creed Hexe has abandoned magic entirely, lending further credibility to a previous rumor from fellow insider xj0nathan. The latter claimed that the current Assassin’s Creed franchise head decided to remove all fantasy elements from Hexe. This included a feature where players were able to assume control of a cat.

Instead, gameplay allegedly involves a more grounded approach, with features like stealth, advanced takedowns, and a new fear system inspired by Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’s Jack the Ripper expansion. Certain items can allegedly terrify enemies, causing NPCs to panic, misfire their weapons, or flee encounters altogether.
