For the uninitiated, LumberJack is a short story game. Players assume control of a father who chops down trees to buy medicine for his sick daughter. The developer received feedback from the community in order to improve the game. Controls in LumberJack are kept simple, with players having the ability to move left and right. The up and down buttons are used to perform every other action in the game. Upon waking up, players can do activities like chopping down trees, loading them onto their wagon, and unloading them at their house. Then, they can sell the logs to customers and buy food and medicine for their daughter. It’s also important for players to ensure that the fire in the house keeps going and that the house, wagon, and axe are repaired on time once they break down.
