Microsoft has announced the second wave of Xbox Game Pass additions for July 2026, with a mix of day one releases and returning classics arriving across console, PC and cloud. The latest lineup is led by Halo: Campaign Evolved, Beast of Reincarnation and Hell is Us, while several games will leave the service at the end of the month.

The Xbox Game Pass July 2026 update begins today with The Planet Crafter, which is now available across cloud, Xbox Series X|S and PC for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass members. The survival crafting game challenges players to transform a hostile planet into one that can support human life, either alone or in online co-op.

The next addition arrives on July 22 with Shift at Midnight, a co-op detective horror game launching day one on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Players work together to investigate mysterious customers during procedurally generated shifts while trying to survive increasingly dangerous encounters.

Hell is Us joins the service on July 23 for Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium and PC Game Pass. The action adventure title blends melee combat with exploration and encourages players to uncover its story without traditional navigation aids.

Halo: Campaign Evolved follows on July 28 as a day one release for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. The remake rebuilds Halo: Combat Evolved’s campaign with updated visuals, refined controls, online co-op for up to 4 players, 3 new missions and an expanded selection of weapons, vehicles and enemies.

Mistfall Hunter arrives on July 30 as another day one release. The dark fantasy extraction action RPG supports solo and cooperative play, with players collecting gear and battling through dangerous encounters to escape with valuable loot.

On July 31, PC players can jump into Corsair Cove, a pirate-themed city builder focused on constructing settlements, managing production chains and building a fleet to dominate the seas.

The first week of August brings two more additions. Heretic + Hexen joins Game Pass on August 4, expanding its availability to more subscription tiers with an enhanced version of the classic fantasy shooters. On the same day, Game Freak’s Beast of Reincarnation launches day one on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, offering an action RPG set in a post-apocalyptic Japan that combines real-time and turn-based combat.

Microsoft also highlighted recent arrivals that players may have missed, including Buckshot Roulette, which joined on July 8, and Denshattack!, which was added on July 15.

Game Pass subscribers will also receive a new in-game benefit for Zenless Zone Zero on July 29. The update introduces new characters and includes the option to select an S-Rank Agent as part of the game’s second anniversary celebration.

The latest Game Pass refresh also means several titles are leaving the library on July 31. Back to the Dawn, Celeste, Crusader Kings 3, Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord, My Friendly Neighborhood, Rain World, Sniper Elite Resistance and Whiskerwood will all be removed from the service at the end of the month.
