One of the prominent games leaving Xbox Game Pass by April 15, 2023 is Quantum Break. It is a 2016 science fiction action-adventure third-person shooter video game developed by Remedy Entertainment and published by Microsoft Studios for Windows and Xbox One. The game puts players in the shoes of Jack Joyce (Shawn Ashmore), who was given time-bending abilities after a failed time-machine experiment, leading to a conflict between him and his old friend Paul Serene over how to deal with an apocalyptic “End of Time.”

Quantum Break incorporates elements from platformers in its less action-packed sections. The game also features episodes of an integrated live-action television show with live-action actors portraying the characters. The player is able to play a role during these segments by making certain choices that result in different outcomes.
