Square Enix has announced Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III, a new compilation that brings together the main entries and major story content from the long-running action RPG series in a single package.
The collection will launch on October 8, 2026, for Nintendo Switch 2, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via the Microsoft Store on Windows. Pre-orders are available now across all announced platforms.
According to Square Enix, the bundle will allow players to experience the Kingdom Hearts saga natively on current-generation hardware. The collection combines several previously released compilations and games, making it one of the most comprehensive releases of the franchise to date.
Kingdom Hearts Collection I-III includes Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 + 2.5 ReMIX, Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue, and Kingdom Hearts III along with its Re Mind downloadable content. Together, these releases cover the series’ major story arcs and key entries, offering both newcomers and returning fans a way to experience the narrative from beginning to end.
The announcement marks the first time these titles will be available natively on Nintendo Switch 2. The release also expands availability on modern platforms, bringing the collection to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Microsoft Store ecosystem on Windows PCs.
The Kingdom Hearts franchise blends characters and worlds created by Square Enix with those from Disney, following protagonist Sora and his companions as they travel across multiple worlds and confront threats to the interconnected universe.
Square Enix has positioned the new collection as the definitive package for players looking to experience the series ahead of future entries. While no additional features or enhancements were detailed in the announcement, the publisher confirmed that the complete bundle will be available when it launches this October.
