Dragami Games has officially announced LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW 2 Back2Back, the latest entry in the LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW series. The new title is planned for release on PlayStation 5 in 2027, with further details expected ahead of launch.
According to Dragami Games, Juliet returns in a new outfit and with additional power as she takes on another outbreak. The sequel will take her back to San Romero, although the setting has undergone a major transformation since her previous adventure.
San Romero has been rebuilt as Jaredwood, a sprawling metropolis centred around the film industry. Juliet becomes trapped inside a twisted zombie movie after a mysterious director captures her, forcing her to fight alongside her allies while investigating the conspiracy behind the chaos.
The story will also introduce a new threat in the form of Corrupted Realm zombies. Juliet will need to uncover the truth behind the situation and stop the new threat as she attempts to escape the director’s twisted production.
Dragami Games also confirmed that further information on Lollipop Chainsaw 2 Back2Back will be shared ahead of its planned 2027 release.
To mark the announcement, the company is also holding a second anniversary sale for LOLLIPOP CHAINSAW RePOP beginning September 16, 2026.
