PS5 Firmware Update 23.01-07.60 Released, Here Are The Changes

by Salal Awan

Sony has just released a minor PS5 firmware update that bumps the system version to 7.60 officially and appears to be a minor update.

Right now, there is not much to go on, and considering the fact that this was a silent update, it could be just some of the under-the-hood changes that Sony implements for the PlayStation 5 console.

The official changelog which is shown when the update is seen on the PlayStation 5 again doesn’t appear to reveal much aside from stating that this firmware update is going to improve the system performance, which is just an ambiguous changelog that is repeated whenever a minor update is pushed.
