Report: Devil May Cry 5 Could Be Heading To Xbox Game Pass
Devil May Cry 5 is the newest entry in the stylish action series by Capcom. According to a new report, this game might be headed to Xbox Game Pass soon.
Devil May Cry 5 launched back in March and quickly went on to become the fastest-selling game in the series. It has continued to do well and has decent legs as reported by Capcom in the latest financial results.
Capcom has no plans to release a DLC for Devil May Cry 5 and the last major content update to the game only added the Bloody Palace gameplay mode. Despite this, some fans were able to discover new content including hints at DLC and playable characters.
Xbox Game Pass has received a lot of support from various publishers including Capcom. They have released Monster Hunter World on Xbox Game Pass in addition to most of the Resident Evil games. They are a big supporter of the Xbox Game Pass program and it appears that they are adding another big title to the Game Pass library.
As spotted on Reddit, Devil May Cry 5 is listed as one of the games that will be added to the Xbox Game Pass lineup. There is no time given on when it will be added and the game wasn’t mentioned in the two updates related to the Game Pass lineup in August.

It is more likely that if there is an announcement to be made here, it will happen either at Gamescom or the upcoming Tokyo Game Show. In any case, the image looks official but we are still marking it as a rumor for now.
