Gears of War 5 Is Getting Halo Reach Crossover With Character Pack
Gears of War 5 will be out later in September. In addition to Terminator Dark Fates crossover, Microsoft has another surprise in store for fans of the Halo franchise.
We have reported recently that Gears of War 5 will get a crossover with Halo. This has turned out to be the case according to an image that was shared to reddit. This image is taken from the Xbox One dashboard and shows Halo Reach crossover for the upcoming Gears of War.
This leak appears to be in the same style as Devil May Cry 5 coming to Xbox Game Pass. Both of these announcements are expected to happen during the upcoming Gamescom mega event.
Microsoft will host their own Inside Xbox for Gamescom where major news will drop including for Xbox Game Pass and Gears of War 5. They also have some announcements to show during Gamescom Opening Night Live event which will happen on August 19. It will be two hours long featuring 25 games from various developers and publishers.

Gears of War 5 was revealed with a release date during E3 2019. The game will be out on September 10 for PC and Xbox One. It is also confirmed for Steam. As it is the case, those who have Xbox Game Pass will be able to play it at launch in addition to enjoying early access to the game because of the Ultimate Edition.
