These strong results follow the successful spin-off of board game subsidiary Asmodee, which is now an independent trading entity on Nasdaq Stockholm.
With a pro forma net cash position of SEK 5 billion, Embracer Group aims to “accelerate efforts” in reallocating assets for future spin-offs. The company expressed its focus on maximizing operational efficiency and unlocking value, hinting at further restructuring efforts to streamline its extensive portfolio.
