Phantom Blade Zero update 01.301.524 is now available, bringing performance improvements, combat adjustments, and several bug fixes. One of the biggest changes affects the boss Hua, Deadly Betrothed, whose throw and grab attacks have been made less frequent on Wayfarer and Pathbreaker difficulties. The update also improves weapon impact feedback, adjusts audio levels, and introduces new sound intensity settings.
The patch also changes how Ray Tracing shaders are compiled, allowing the game to launch faster by skipping their compilation when they are not needed. Other improvements include fixes for Bluetooth controller stuttering and input lag, an NVIDIA Reflex issue, and a progression bug that could prevent players from advancing through the main story.
