PS Plus Essential August 2024 Games Lineup Includes LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga

The PS Plus Essential lineup for the month of August, 2024, has been revealed, and among the prominent additions is Warner Bros Games and Traveller’s Tales’ Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga.

The PlayStation Blog has officially announced the lineup of monthly titles that are set to be available to PS Plus Essential,subscribers in the month of August. The games will be available for download starting Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

The games that are available for PS Plus Essential subscribers in the month of August, 2024 are as follows:

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga | PS4, PS5
Five Nights at Freddy’s Security Breach | PS4, PS5
Ender Lilies: Quietus of the Knights | PS4

The latest additions to PS Plus Essential will be available to subscribers starting from Tuesday, August 6, 2024, up until Monday, September 2, 2024. PlayStation Plus members have until Monday, August 5, 2024 to add the July, 2024 lineup i.e. Borderlands 3 (PS4, PS5), NHL 24 (PS4, PS5), and Among Us (PS4, PS5).

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a 2022 action adventure game developed by Traveller’s Tales and published by Warner Bros. Games. It is the sixth game in the Lego Star Wars series and adapts all nine films in the Skywalker Saga, with additional characters from other Star Wars movies and TV series available as DLC. It was released on April 5, 2022, for Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S. Unlike most Lego games, where players must progress through the story in linear fashion, Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga allows players to start from any of the three Skywalker Saga trilogies and complete them in any order. The game includes all nine episodes of the Skywalker Saga, unlike Lego Star Wars: The Complete Saga, which only included episodes I to VI. Each episode in the game has five main story missions, bringing the total to 45 levels, compared to six levels in previous games.
