Star Wars Episode IX might get its first trailer in April. The movie has already wrapped up its photography so now work begins on post-production while it is slated for a release later this year.
Disney has so far kept the new movie under wraps with no title reveal or trailer showed from it. There has been no official story related to teasers or images from the movie, which is making fans curious. Since Disney is completely silent over the movie’s reveal, there are some reports about the expected release of the Star Wars Episode IX trailer.
According to website Star Wars News, the movie will get its first trailer in April. This is pretty much expected since historically this is the month when the previous Star Wars movies have received a trailer.
This might not be a surprise but Avengers: Endgame, which will hit theatres on April 26, will also feature this Star Wars Episode IX trailer. Both Lucas Films and Marvel are a part of Disney so this is nothing new. Avengers: Endgame has received two teaser trailers. The first trailer was released at the end of last year followed by another teaser trailer for Superbowl.
Star Wars Episode IX will be directed by J.J. Abrams, who is taking the directing duties back after working on Episode VII. He was brought to take charge of the project after Jurassic World fame Colin Trevorrow stepped down from the directing duties.
