Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League offers a single graphics mode across all consoles. While the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions are identical in terms of visual settings, the Xbox Series S version of the game sees cutbacks in the form of missing SSR reflections, shorter draw distance, lower quality textures, and lower quality shadows. Meanwhile, the PC version of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has additional graphical settings not available on PS5 and Xbox Series consoles, including ray traced reflections as well as a number of image reconstruction options.

In terms of resolution, both the PS5 and Xbox Series X versions of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League operate with a dynamic resolution that targets 1800p, but generally hovers at 1440p on the PS5 and 162op on the Xbox Series X. Meanwhile, the Xbox Series S version also operates at a dynamic resolution that targets 1080p but generally hovers at 900p. On a capable PC, the game delivers the best possible image quality at the native display resolution.

With regards to performance, all versions of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League target a frame rate of 60 fps, and are able to consistently maintain it during gameplay for the most part. Meanwhile, the PC version is capable of going above 60 fps, and can deliver a more fluid gameplay experience.

All things considered, the PC version of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League delivers more responsive gameplay alongside options for ray tracing and superior image quality. In the console space, the Xbox Series X deliver the best image quality.
