Tekken 8 Update 1.05 Changes Revealed, Features Major Balance Adjustments

Tekken 8 Patch 1.05, scheduled for release on June 11, 2024, introduces significant balance adjustments and feature improvements. The developers are responding to player feedback by enhancing the effectiveness of certain characters and adjusting the damage scaling of moves, combos, and stage mechanics. This patch aims to create a more balanced and strategic gameplay environment, particularly by tweaking aggressive playstyles and promoting defensive techniques.

Patch 1.05 will see buffs for characters such as Kazuya, Paul, and Raven, making them more competitive. Previous nerfs will be re-evaluated to ensure a broader scope of gameplay. The damage scaling of Heat Dashes, Throws, and Stage Gimmicks will be recalibrated to address powerful moves and combos. Additionally, wall staggers from Heat Dashes will be removed, and the damage from Heat Bursts and throws will be reduced to enhance the importance of sidestepping and three-dimensional play. The update will also introduce new items in the Tekken Shop and improve various features while fixing bugs.
