ATLUS Releases Reimagined Epilogue ‘Episode Aigis -The Answer-’ for Persona 3 Reload
ATLUS has officially launched Episode Aigis -The Answer-, which is the final installment of the Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass. This long-awaited release is now available on various platforms including Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows PC, Steam, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5. Fans of the series can now explore the expanded post-story content, enhanced visuals, new gameplay mechanics, and a variety of additional features.
Originally introduced in Persona 3 in 2008, The Answer (known as Episode Aigis in this iteration) has been reimagined to provide a modernized version of the epilogue to Persona 3 Reload. This fresh take includes over 30 hours of new gameplay, cutting-edge graphics, reworked animations, an updated user interface, and a rearranged soundtrack. The latest content also introduces quality-of-life improvements designed to enrich the overall experience for both new and returning players.
In Episode Aigis -The Answer-, players continue the story of the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad (S.E.E.S.) after they have defeated the Dark Hour and navigated the challenges of Tartarus. The group finds themselves mysteriously trapped in a time loop, reliving March 31st repeatedly. As Aigis, players must journey through the Abyss of Time to uncover the cause of this endless cycle and the truth behind the events of that fateful day.
A noteworthy feature exclusive to this release of Persona 3 Reload is the inclusion of a fan-favorite character from Persona 5 Royal. This character appears as a challenge battle boss fight, accompanied by iconic music from the Persona 5 series.
The Persona 3 Reload: Expansion Pass includes the newly launched Episode Aigis -The Answer- along with additional content such as the Velvet Costume & BGM Set, and the Persona 5 Royal and Persona 4 Golden EX BGM Sets. The expansion is priced at USD 34.99 and is available across all digital storefronts. For Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers, the Expansion Pass will be accessible at no additional cost until January 31, 2025.
