Crash Bandicoot 4 Images Leaked, Show Playable Cortex and Release Date

Crash Bandicoot 4 It’s About Time was first leaked through Korean Game Ratings Board and now images from a trailer have also leaked online.

The images were posted on 4Chan that appear to show the release date of the game and playable segments featuring N. Cortex. Crash Bandicoot 4 is being developed by Toys for Bob, who has previously worked on the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Remake. The game is out on October 9 and will launch for PS4 and Xbox One.

Here are some of the screenshots that were posted on 4Chan. Since the game is already leaked through official ratings, these do appear to be legitimate and feature a brand new adventure starring the popular Crash Bandicoot and his friends and foes.

Here is a description that was posted along with the listing for the rating.

Crash is relaxing and exploring his island in his time, 1998, when he finds a mysterious mask hidden away in a cave, Lani-Loli. The mask is one of the Quantum Masks and apparently knows Aku-Aku, Crash’s mask friend! With the Quantum Masks returning and a Quantum Rift appearing near our heroes, they decide to bravely head through to different times and dimensions to stop whoever is responsible.

The game is currently set to launch on October 9 for PS4 and Xbox One. No details have been shared about a possible PC or Nintendo Switch version. Judging from the leaked images, the game might be up for an official reveal soon.
