Apex Legends Update 2.52 Makes Changes to Ranked Parties and Bug Fixes

Respawn has rolled out a new patch version 2.52 for Apex Legends on PC and Consoles. Details on the update are listed below.

The latest update (2.52) for Apex Legends introduces several significant changes and fixes aimed at improving the overall gaming experience. Notably, ranked parties are now subject to a limit of a 3-rank tier difference between players, ensuring fairer matchmaking and balanced gameplay. Additionally, previously earned Ranked badges should now accurately display the correct rank, providing players with the recognition they deserve for their achievements in ranked play.

Furthermore, the update addresses various issues affecting connectivity, including a fix for the “Connection error Code: Cloud” encountered when attempting to reconnect after a crash. Additionally, players can now view previews of gifted items correctly upon receiving them, enhancing the gift-giving experience within the game.

In addition to these key changes, the update includes various minor fixes for localization, items, and cosmetics, improving overall game stability and performance. Specifically for Switch users, several fixes have been implemented to address stability issues, ensuring a smoother and more enjoyable gameplay experience on the platform.
