The first official teaser trailer for Dinsey’s Mulan has plenty of action scenes. It seems to take a much darker tone than most of the live-action Disney adaptions that were released recently like Disney’s Aladdin and Dumbo.

The official story overview for Disney’s Mulan was also shared along with the trailer. Have a look at what is going to happen in the movie by checking out this description.

When the Emperor of China issues a decree that one man per family must serve in the Imperial Army to defend the country from Northern invaders, Hua Mulan, the eldest daughter of an honored warrior, steps in to take the place of her ailing father. Masquerading as a man, Hua Jun, she is tested every step of the way and must harness her inner-strength and embrace her true potential. It is an epic journey that will transform her into an honored warrior and earn her the respect of a grateful nation…and a proud father.”

In addition to the trailer and story overview, Disney has released a beautiful poster today to promote their upcoming motion picture.

Disney’s Mulan will be the first live-action adaption from Dinsey to launch on March 27, 2019. It also follows in the footsteps of the recent Disney attempts to bring their classic animated features to the big screen again.
