The minimum requirements list Phenom II X4 965 or i3-2100, both of which seem easy enough to pass now. The GPUs are also similarly fairly modest with Radeon HD 7850 and GeForce GTX 660 listed in the requirement.
The recommended requirements list Athlon X4 870K or i3 6300T. The GPU is a slight upgrade over the minimum requirements but nothing compared to some of the modern games. You need a Radeon R9 270X or GeForce GTX 670 to run FIFA 20 with the recommended requirements.
