The PS Plus Essential lineup for the month of January, 2025, has been revealed, and it features Warner Bros Games and Rocksteady Studios’ Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, and more.
The PlayStation Blog has officially announced the lineup of monthly and classic titles that are set to be available to PS Plus Essential, Extra, and Premium subscribers in the month of December. The games will be available for download starting Tuesday, January 7, 2024.
PS Plus Essential January 2025 Lineup
The monthly games that are available for Essential, Extra, and Premium tier subscribers in the month of January, 2025 are as follows:
- Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League | PS5
- Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered | PS4
- The Stanley Parable: Ultra Deluxe | PS4, PS5
The latest additions to PS Plus Essential will be available to subscribers starting from Tuesday, January 7, 2025, up until Monday, February 3, 2025. PlayStation Plus members have until Monday, January 6, 2024 to add the December, 2024, lineup i.e.It Takes Two (PS4, PS5), Aliens: Dark Descent (PS4, PS5), and Temtem (PS5).

Prominently featured in the PS Plus Essential lineup for January, 2025, is Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, an action-adventure shooter developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Games. Based on DC Comics’ Suicide Squad, the game serves as a spin-off to the Batman: Arkham series and a direct follow-up to Batman: Arkham Knight. Set five years after the events of Arkham Knight, the story follows Amanda Waller’s assembly of the Suicide Squad, tasked with stopping Brainiac’s invasion of Metropolis and eliminating the Justice League members who have fallen under his control. Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was released for PlayStation 5, Windows, and Xbox Series X/S on February 2, 2024.
