Platinum Games has confirmed the details for Babylon’s Fall beta which will start from July 29 beginning in Japan and expanding to other regions.
Babylon’s Fall closed beta test will be conducted on PC through Steam or PS4 and PS5. You first need to apply for the closed beta test before you can take part in it. There will be three phases to the beta test and the developers will continue to add new content after every phase.
How To Take Part In Babylon’s Fall Closed Beta Test
You first need to register yourself. You can do it from this link. The closed beta test is only available on PC for now but there is always the possibility that it will expand to other platforms later down the line.
The Closed Beta Test will focus on various operational tests such as stress tests involving large numbers of players, game system checks, and subsequent tests meant to address any issues that are discovered and to improve the quality of the game.
Therefore, testers may experience issues like freezes and crashes while playing the game. We hope you understand that this is a build that is currently under development and is meant to be used for testing purposes only, and we cannot guarantee a smooth gameplay experience yet. Please understand that your experience will strictly be a “test play” experience.
Also, a special forum will be available for Closed Beta Testers to submit their feedback to the development and operations teams. We encourage all participants to actively post there.
As a co-op game, Babylon’s Fall has come a long way from its original reveal. It is a PS4/PS5 console exclusive that will also launch on PC.
