Bioshock director Kevin Levine’s new IP, Judas, is still years away from release, according to Take-Two Interactive’s latest investor presentation.

During its latest earnings presentation and Q4 Fiscal 2026 conference call, Take-Two Interactive shared new details regarding what the company described as “the strongest development pipeline in the company’s history.” This includes an updated release roadmap stretching through Fiscal 2029, which narrows down the launch window for Judas, indicating that the upcoming first-person shooter is still years away from release.

Take-Two president Karl Slatoff stated during the earnings call that the publisher currently expects to release 22 titles throughout Fiscal 2028 and Fiscal 2029. According to him, this lineup includes “3 Core New IPs” alongside sports titles, mobile releases, and entries from existing franchises. The company’s accompanying investor presentation lists Judas and Project Ethos under the “Core New IP” category, highlighting 3 Core New IP projects planned for release in the future. The third title has yet to be announced.

Since Slatoff clarified that Take-Two Interactive expects its 3 Core New IP launches to happen during Fiscal 2028 and 2029, Judas is now targeting release sometime within that two-year fiscal window, making it years away from release.

Take-Two’s updated roadmap also highlighted the importance of Fiscal 2027, which the company says will be led by the launch of Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19, 2026. Outside of GTA VI, the publisher plans to release additional sports and mobile titles before moving into the Fiscal 2028/2029 slate containing sequels, remasters, and new IPs.

Judas was originally announced in 2022. The last major update on the game came via a developer post on the PlayStation Blog, in which director Kevin Levine detailed how player decisions will directly determine which characters emerge as villains, while also unveiling new key art for the game. He explained that unlike in BioShock or BioShock Infinite, where antagonists such as Fontaine and Comstock were fixed, Judas introduces a dynamic system called Villainy. More details here.
