Infinity Ward has shared the logo and animation for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. It is a sequel to the 2019 reboot of Call of Duty.
After Modern Warfare, which was developed on a brand new engine and aimed to be a reboot for the franchise, Activision followed it up with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War and Call of Duty: Vanguard. They have also released Call of Duty: Warzone, which has turned out to be an immensely popular free-to-play battle royale game.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II is still in development at Infinity Ward. Here is the animation for this new logo that was shared by the official social media account.

Right now, there are no details shared on this new game but we do know that it will be a sequel and will be developed by Infinity Ward.
This will be the first game to come out since the confirmation of the Microsoft acquisition of Activision Blizzard. It will put the franchise in their hands and they aim to use it to bolster their Game Pass subscription service.
