Cd Projekt Red has announced that Cyberpunk 2077 has achieved the gold milestone in development which means the game is not getting any further delays.
Cyberpunk 2077 was initially set to launch this April but it was delayed to September. It received another delay to November which appears to be a final one judging from the announcement today. The game has now gone gold which means a working final build is available for it that will be sent to factories and pressed on discs for distribution.

While the development of Cyberpunk 2077 has cumulated in theory, the developers are still working to resolve any issues that could prove to be a problem during the launch day. It is possible there might be multiple updates released for it ahead of the launch on November 19, since this has been the case for most of the games released so far.
Recently, bonus content from the physical edition of Cyberpunk 2077 made their way online. This includes a world map for the game and postcards from the Night City.

Cyberpunk 2077 is confirmed to get a free next-generation upgrade in 2021 for PS5 and Xbox Series X. The developers have also shared the system requirements for the PC version while confirming that the more demanding RTX requirements will be detailed closer to the launch of the game.
