Deathloop PC system requirements have been shared by Bethesda Softworks. Find out if your PC can run the game or not by taking a look at them.
Deathloop is developed by Arkane Austin, owned by Bethesda Softworks. While Microsoft has acquired Bethesda now, there was already a timed exclusivity contract that makes Deathloop exclusive to the PS5 and PC until September 14, 2022. If you don’t own a PS5, then you can play it on a PC. Here are the specs as shared by Bethesda.

The game will be available to pre-load 2 days before the official launch on both PC and PS5. You can find out details on the file size to determine if you can install it ahead of time.
Deathloop will be released on September 14, 2021, for the PS5 and PC. The game also supports DualSense and other PS5 exclusive hardware features.
