According to Tom Henderson, the review embargo for Dragon Age: The Veilguard is set for October 28, 2024. While the exact time of the embargo lift has not been confirmed, it is speculated that it will follow typical patterns, with the embargo lifting at 12 AM PT / 3 AM ET / 9 AM CET.

Dragon Age: The Veilguard is the first major entry in the series since the release of Dragon Age: Inquisition in 2014. Development on the game began in 2015, but it has faced multiple delays and undergone significant design changes over the years. Originally announced as Dragon Age: Dreadwolf in 2022, the title was officially renamed The Veilguard in June 2024. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Windows, continuing the action role-playing legacy established by its predecessors.
