Capcom has released information regarding the resolution, frame rate, and cross-save details for the game’s PS4, PS5, XSX|S, and XB1 versions via its official Twitter account. Based on the information, we now know what sort of image quality and performance to expect from these new versions of the game.
Monster Hunter Rise Resolution & Frame Rate Details
According to the development team at Capcom, players can experience Monster Hunter Rise on each of the new platforms at the following resolution:
- Xbox One, Xbox One S, PS4: 1920 x 1080
- Xbox Series S: 2560 x 1440
- Xbox Series X, Xbox One X, PS5, PS4 Pro: 3840 x 2160
Regarding performance, the frame rate is variable on each platform, depending on the gameplay situation and the performance of the platform you are playing on. It’s possible to prioritize frame rate over image quality and vice versa in the game’s settings.
Cross-save & Cross-buy Details For Monster Hunter Rise
Monster Hunter Rise will be available as a bundled purchase on PS4 and PS5, buying either version entitles you to a copy of the other. Meanwhile, the Xbox version is a single purchase that works across all the Xbox family of consoles.
