E3 2019: Ni No Kuni 1 Remastered Leaked For PS4, Nintendo Switch and PC

Bandai Namco is releasing a remastered version of the first Ni No Kuni game according to a leak that was a result of some PR material being made accessible earlier ahead of the upcoming E3.

Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is the first game in the series that was developed by Bandai Namco in collaboration with Studio Ghibli. While they also worked on a sequel for the game, it wasn’t a collaboration with Studio Ghibli like the first Ni No Kuni although it retained some of the artists and kept its art style.

Ni No Kuni: Warth of the White Witch Remastered version will make its way to PC and PS4. The non-remastered version will be released for the Nintendo Switch. There doesn’t appear to be any major difference between these two versions aside from the lack of a resolution upgrade on the Nintendo Switch version.

Details about the game and news on the leak were first shared on Twitter. It was initially speculated to release on Xbox One as well but a snapshot of the official website confirmed that it was just for PC and PS4. In addition to this, some screenshots were shared from the Nintendo Switch version of the game.

This is not the first major announcement for Bandai Namco that was leaked today. Two other games were also leaked ahead of the E3 2019 mega event. One of these is a brand new entry in the Tales of series while the other is a new project by From Software in collaboration with George R.R. Martin.
