Square Enix has shared the details on the various resolution and frame rate for Outriders, their upcoming online multiplayer shooter by People Can Fly.
Outriders is getting a demo which is available now for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, and PC. This demo will give fans a chance to experience the game ahead of its launch on April 1, 2020. The game was originally set to launch in 2020 but was delayed to early 2021. It faced another delay and a demo was decided to release on February 25, 2021.
According to the developer behind Outriders, People Can Fly, the game offers 60 FPS support on all the new generation consoles. The game runs at 4k at 60 FPS on PS5, Xbox Series S, and Series X.
Outriders runs at 4K at 30 FPS on the Xbox Series X and PS4 Pro. As for the base PS4, it will run at 1080p at 30 FPS just like the Xbox One.
If you want to get a taste of the game, this is a good time to download the demo which is out now on all platforms. This demo will be available to play from February 25 and should be available for a few days from its initial launch period.
As for the download size, the developers have confirmed that the file size will be 24 GB on PC and 22 GB on all consoles. The demo won’t be available to pre-load ahead of its launch on all platforms.
