The leaker claimed to be a programmer at a Pokemon outsourcing company, which is working on the aforementioned graphics enhancement patch for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. According to them, the patch will come alongside the second DLC, which will be released sometime in the year 2024.

They also revealed new details regarding the second DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. According to them, the DLC’s focal themes are “Hidden Treasure of Area Zero” and “Hexagon”. They stated that version 1.2.0 of the game will include new character outfits as a reward for those who purchase the DLC. Furthermore, they said that the third Legendary Pokemon is a large blue turtle.

According to the leaker, the DLC will add a new “Terrestrial” mechanic, whereby some Pokemon will be able to acquire new terrestrial forms. They also clarified that the hexagon is not the third DLC title, but an element that is displayed many times in the second DLC.

Previously, Nintendo had apologized for the performance issues faced by players in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet and released a new update 1.1.0. Since the game’s launch, players had been facing problems in relation to performance issues, visual glitches, and game-breaking bugs.

Both Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet feature some exclusive Pokemon not found in the other version. In addition, the games have their own unique Pokemon professors, namely Professor Sada and Professor Turo. Professors in Pokemon games play an important role, as they serve as guides and mentors for the player. Those who opt for Pokemon Violet will meet Professor Turo, while players who play Pokemon Scarlet will encounter Professor Sada instead.
