Samurai Shodown is an upcoming fighting game from SNK. It will be out on June 25. The download file size of the game has been recently updated on Microsoft Store.
Samurai Shodown series has been long dormant but it is returning again with a brand new game. This is currently announced for PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch. It will be the 12th main entry in the series and the first one to release on the current generation consoles.

According to the updated file size on the Microsoft Store, Samurai Shodown will require 19.83 GB of hard disk space. This file size is modest for a 3D fighting game.
It uses the modern Unreal Engine 4 for its 3D Visuals. In the past, the series was mostly sprite-based 2D fighting game. SNK is also releasing a collection of the classic retro Samurai Shodown games sometime later this summer.

This new game has often been cited as a reboot for the series. It takes place between the events of the first and the fifth game. There are a total of 16 playable fighters with three newcomers. More fighters will be added later as part of the season pass which will be available free for anyone who pre-orders or purchases the game from its launch on June 25 till June 30th.
