Battlefield 2042 Rated In Germany Ahead of Beta Announcement

Battlefield 2042 has been rated by USK in Germany. This comes ahead of the announcement of the beta that has been teased for this month.

EA DICE is working on Battlefield 2042 and it has been announced for an October release date, but there is still no information on a public beta test. There is early access available for those who pre-order the game but despite the launch being just one month later, there is no update shared on the multiplayer or beta test.

USK has now rated Battlefield 2042 for multiple systems including PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS5, and Xbox Series.

When Is Battlefield 2042 Beta Happening?

As for the Battlefield 2042 beta test, it is happening this September. There are different sources on the release date of the beta test. One of these is a retailer, MediaWorld, who had suggested a September 6th to September 11 release date for the beta.

The other source is more credible. It is Tom Henderson, who has been quite accurate in the past. He suggests that the beta test will start on September 22.

The game was already rated in Taiwan but this is the first instance that we have an official confirmation of the game being rated in Germany.

Battlefield 2042 has three different editions on sale. The first is the Standard edition for $59.99, followed by the Gold edition at $89.99, and lastly, we have the Ultimate edition for $109.99.

Those who pre-order the game will be able to get early access to open beta, Irish – Battle Hardened legendary skin, Baku ACB-90 melee takedown knife, “Mr. Chompy” epic weapon charm, and “Landfall” player card background and “Old Guard” tag.
