F1 2021 Supports 120 FPS On Both PS5 and Xbox Series X

F1 2021 is available now on both PS5 and Xbox Series X. It is not just a great game on last-gen but also supports the current-gen with 120 FPS.

F1 2021 will offer two different performance modes on the current-generation consoles. One runs the game at 4K at 60 FPS. The other mode runs the game at 1440p at 120 FPS. As for the last-generation version, it is also remarkable given how the older generation is usually treated by the devs.

On the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X, the game supports 4K at 60 FPS. On the regular PS4 and Xbox One, it runs at 1080p at 60 FPS. It doesn’t matter which platform you get the game on, depending on your preference, it is a great port all around.

The only console that doesn’t appear to take as much advantage of its raw power appears to be the Xbox Series S. It runs the game at 1080p at 60 FPS or pretty much the same as the Xbox One, even if there could be a chance to improve the resolution here.

F1 is a yearly franchise from Codemasters. The latest game has been published by EA who now own codemasters. It was released for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series.
