Mortal Kombat 11 Review Embargo Date Revealed

by Ali Haider

Mortal Kombat 11 review embargo date has been confirmed by Warner Bros. Interactive. The reviews for the game will, unfortunately, take some time to arrive ahead of the launch on April 23.

Mortal Kombat 11 is the next chapter in the series that increases its emphasis on creating a narrative-focused story mode. The developers have just released a launch trailer for the game which gives a glimpse at the time-bending story for the game. It is also coming to the Nintendo Switch although the gameplay footage has led to a comparison that doesn’t seem that flattering for it.

Mortal Kombat 11 Reviews: When Will Mortal Kombat 11 Reviews Release?

If you are still on the fence about the game then you should keep an eye out on what the critics have to say about it. This won’t happen that early though and you just have one day to determine if you want the game once the Mortal Kombat 11 reviews will arrive on Monday, April 22 at 5 AM Pacific.

This review embargo puts the game within the same distance from its launch as the upcoming Days Gone, which has a similarly timed embargo.

As the launch is getting closer, the game is now up for pre-load on the Xbox One and Nintendo Switch. The PC and PS4 version should also start offering a pre-load if you have pre-ordered it on their respective digital storefront. The download size is roughly 38 GB on the Xbox One but it is a little smaller on the Nintendo Switch.

Watch out for the brutal gore and shocking fatalities once the game arrives for the PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PC on April 23, 2019. There is a fighter season pass that adds a couple of new characters like Shang Tsang while Shao Kahn is, unfortunately, a pre-order bonus for now.
