Rumor: Microsoft To Launch a Special Xbox Game Pass Ultimate Bundle

by Ali Haider

Microsoft is reportedly planning to launch a special Xbox Game Pass service that bundles both the regular Xbox Live Gold with Xbox Game Pass offering a cheaper price per month.

Xbox Game Pass is a monthly subscription service that is different from Xbox Live Gold. It includes more than 200 free games that are playable if you are a subscriber. The best part of this service is that you don’t have to stream these games but can download them at any time and play as much as you like until the service runs out.

Xbox Live Gold is different and it is essential to play multiplayer on the Xbox One. You can also enjoy exclusive discounts, offers, and free games every month with Xbox Live Gold. It works in parallel with the Xbox Game Pass service but there was no way to get them both in a bundle until now if this new rumor turns out to be the real deal.

According to this rumor, Microsoft is reportedly looking into putting a bundle called Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which will include both Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Game Pass for $14.99 per month. This will make it cheaper than getting both services at their monthly rate. You can get Xbox Live Gold for $4.99 if you get the yearly subscription so it should be a nice way to spend some extra money to also enable online multiplayer and get the free Xbox Live Gold games every month.
